Example-2: Transformer Operating in Parallel


Example-2: For the power system shown below calculate overcurrent and earth fault relay settings in respect of both transformer HV and LV side relays. Transformers are operating in parallel. LV side relay has Directional as well as Non-Directional element.
Here Excel sheet calculations are shown. Readers are expected to try it by hand calculations.
